Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order?
20 boxes per box type. You can mix boxes; the volume discount uses the total.
What about shelf life?
Products carry the producer's best-before date. We make sure each item has at least 6 months left on delivery.
What if something breaks in transit?
Bottles ship in protective packaging. Send us a photo of any damaged item and we replace it.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are per box excluding VAT; delivery options are quoted separately.
How does the seed-paper card work?
Plant it in a pot or garden, cover with a thin layer of soil and keep it moist. Wildflowers sprout within a few weeks.
Can we build a box with our own product list?
Yes. From 100 boxes we design the contents and the box for your company.
