This notice explains how Atölye Design ("we") processes personal data through this website and our services, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Data we process
Only the name, email, company, country and message you submit via our contact and proposal forms. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies; your language preference is stored locally in your browser.
Purposes and legal basis
We process your data to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals and handle pre-contractual communication, based on your consent and on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
Transfers
Form delivery uses an email delivery provider. We never share your data with third parties for marketing.
Project data
Files and documents you share with us are processed only by the assigned team, under an NDA and data processing terms. For AI services we prefer enterprise configurations that do not use your data for model training.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us by email to exercise these rights.
