Four studios, two cities: a booking and membership app

A senior engineer built the data model: studios, classes, packages, memberships and waitlists, with two currencies and two time zones designed in from day one.

The visual language comes from the studio itself: clay, oat and sage tones, Instrument Serif for headlines and DM Sans for the interface. The schedule shows spots left and booking state at a glance.

When a spot opens, the waitlist is notified in order and the member claims it in one tap. Payments run on the payment provider's infrastructure, so no card data is stored in the app.

Coaches see their roster, take attendance and read member notes in their own app. Screens and endpoints were produced with AI coding agents and reviewed by the senior engineer.

The admin panel brings four studios onto one screen; weekly attendance data is summarised briefly and checked by a specialist.
