Where we started
The congress has hundreds of attendees, dozens of speakers and several halls. Stage screens, social media and print had to speak one language, and a day-one recap needed to go out that evening. The after-movie had to work in both Turkish and English.
What we did
The event identity became a system with colour, type and motion rules; stage, social and print pieces were produced from it.
Speaker cards and stage loops were built as templates; AI sped up name and title adaptations, and an editor checked every card.
On the event day an editor worked on site: raw footage was sorted with AI, and a short highlight went out the same evening.
The after-movie was cut from both days of footage, colour graded and mixed, with TR and EN subtitled versions prepared.
