A five-language QR menu with allergen information, table stands and a daily price panel for a three-location seafood restaurant group in Bodrum.

Where we started

Fish prices change daily, and printed menus across three locations go stale fast. In season the menu exists only in Turkish and English, allergen answers depend on what a waiter remembers, and high-margin dishes are not prominent.

What we did

We reviewed the menu by item and margin and rebuilt the layout: the catch of the day leads, with the price per kilo and the time it was updated stated plainly.

The identity comes from the Aegean: navy, ivory and brass, with Cormorant Garamond for headlines. Each fish is represented in the menu by a quiet silhouette.

TR, EN, DE, AR and RU translations were drafted with AI and checked by our editors. Arabic got its own right-to-left layout.

The kitchen confirmed allergens for every dish; the menu uses simple icons for fish, molluscs, crustaceans, gluten and dairy.

The chef and location managers enter daily prices in one panel; a saved price reaches the five-language menu at all three locations instantly. Table stands, the printed menu and the review card share the same identity.
